2 May – BIBM and The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, Malaysia will work together

Dhaka 02 May 2017- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Tuesday between the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) and The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, Malaysia for capacity development of the banking sector of Bangladesh. Dr. Toufic Ahmad Choudhury, Director General of BIBM and Rajeev Peshawaria, Chief Executive Officer of Iclif.

19 Apr – 3rd Annual Iclif Leadership Energy Awards (ILEA) Open for Nominations

The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre’s annual Leadership Energy Awards (ILEA) are back for the third year running. Iclif is inviting individuals throughout Asia to submit nominations for ILEA in recognition of leaders in the region who use their strong conviction in a set of deeply held values and a clear sense of purpose to overcome resistance and challenge to create a better future for their community or organisation.

The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre recently announced that it has been named Winner for Outstanding Contribution to the Cause of Education in the Organisational Category, Global HR Excellence Awards at the 25th Silver Jubilee Edition of World HRD Congress held in Mumbai, India.

1 Dec – Launch of Flagship Programme for Shariah Scholars in Islamic Finance

Kuala Lumpur/ Jeddah/ Dubai: 1 December 2016 – An international flagship programme for Shariah scholars in the Islamic finance industry aimed to upscale the scholars’ effectiveness in advising financial institutions was launched today. The programme, which is known as the “Leadership Anatomy for Shariah Scholars in Finance”, is jointly offered by three international institutions namely Islamic Research and Training Institute (“IRTI”), the research and training arm of the Islamic Development Bank; Amanie Academy (“Amanie”), a talent development service provider in Islamic finance of Amanie Group; and The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre (“Iclif”), an institution specialising in leadership and governance research, advisory and executive education
